The National Conference Center names Juan J. Garcia Executive Director of Sales

The National Conference Center, an award-winning leader in training and development, announces the appointment of Juan J. Garcia as executive director of sales.

Mr. Garcia will be responsible for leading The National’s 14-person professional sales team, as it continues to break new sales records by working with corporate, association, government and military learning professionals. Chuck Ocheltree, chief marketing officer, made the announcement this week.

Mr. Garcia will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team as it collaborates with clients, applying The National’s “whatever-it-takes” approach to the special needs of each client.

Garcia lives with his family in Ashburn, Virginia, and enjoys a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance.
