Champagne À La Cart, the new champagne cart experience, provides a unique and exquisite prelude to the St. Regis Evening Ritual, The Art of Sabrage, at The St. Regis San Francisco, a five-star luxury hotel renowned for its gracious bespoke service and exceptional accommodations. The St. Regis custom was introduced in 1904 by St. Regis founder and hospitality visionary John Jacob Astor IV, who gathered his guests every night for the joyful sabering of a bottle of champagne to celebrate the transition from day to night. Today, this captivating tradition is performed across the global St. Regis portfolio.

Available daily, the thoughtfully curated champagne cart menu features caviar from Haute Caviar Company, a woman-owned brand that hand-selects the world’s finest caviar from caviar farms and wild roe harvesters around the globe. Menu highlights include spoons of Paddlefish Caviar and Kaluga Hybrid Caviar; bite-sized Blini topped with salmon and Trout Caviar, crème fraîche, and smoked cured egg yolk; Oyster on the Half Shell with Paddlefish Caviar and champagne gelée flavored with ponzu. Sweet confections handcrafted by our Pastry Chef such as Chocolate Strawberry with Valrhona Satilia sixty four percent dark chocolate and gold leaf, and Yuzu and Raspberry Macarons are an elegant and delectable treat. Additionally, a daily offering of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, and Moët & Chandon Impérial, allows guests to delight various caviar and champagne pairings with perfectly chilled bottles served from the handcrafted champagne cart.

To celebrate the launch of the new service, a festive event in partnership with Moët & Chandon will be held on Friday, June 23, from 6 to 8 PM at The St. Regis Bar. Festive attire is encouraged.

The St. Regis Champagne À La Cart is available daily from 5 to 6 p.m. at The St. Regis Bar, and guests are welcome to stay and experience the St. Regis Evening Ritual, The Art of Sabrage. For more information about The St. Regis San Francisco, please click here.
